How Do You De-Risk Your Acquisitions?

We walk our acquisition targets through 3 levels of due diligence to identify the best opportunity vehicles for ourselves and potential LP's. Because of Peoples Equity Group's high liquidity ratio (HLR), and estimated MOIC "Multiple of Invested Capital" included in the investment thesis and financial modeling of potential targets.

We buy acquisitions through proprietary avenues for deal flow means we generally are able to buy assets at 1/2 their "on market" rate price, and structure the businesses to be de-levered on the debt table quickly.
